Refund and cancellation policy
This policy covers the separate Postgraduate Pass, MMI Pass and monthly MMI Realtime subscription. The exact product and price are shown before payment and in your confirmation.

Changing your mind (first 14 days)
You may cancel your initial purchase within 14 days. Any statutory cancellation refund may be reduced proportionately for service already supplied before you cancelled. Email support@auth.prepmed.co.uk from your account email address with the word "cancel", or use the model form below. We will refund any amount due to your original payment method within 14 days of your request; paid access ends when a cancellation refund is issued, and your saved history remains readable. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed services remain unaffected.
MMI Realtime renewal cancellation
You may stop future £19.99 monthly MMI Realtime renewals at any time through the billing-management link in your account or by emailing support@auth.prepmed.co.uk. Unless a refund or statutory remedy applies, cancellation stops the next charge and access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
After 14 days
The pass is non-refundable, but this never affects your statutory rights: if PrepMed is faulty, not as described, or substantially unavailable during your pass, contact us — remedies can include fixing the problem, extending your pass, a partial refund reflecting the affected period, or a full refund, as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires.
Duplicate or mistaken payments
These are refunded in full at any time.
Service outages
If a significant outage on our side prevents you using the service, we will extend your pass by at least the outage period, or refund proportionately if you prefer.

How refunds are processed
Refunds are processed through Stripe and normally reach your bank within 5–10 working days of being issued.
