AI disclaimer
AI-generated feedback is part of the coaching experience in this app, but it comes with important limitations.
Last updated: July 2026
Core limitation
AI feedback can be imperfect. Use it as coaching only, not as clinical advice, an employment decision, or proof of competence.
What AI feedback may get wrong
The model may mis-score an answer, omit a relevant point, overvalue phrasing, miss nuance, or interpret an answer differently from a real interview panel. Model responses are structured and validated by the app, but that process does not make the content of the feedback correct.
How to use it safely
Treat AI feedback as one coaching input alongside your own judgement, trusted colleagues, and successful recent applicants. If a suggestion seems unsafe, inappropriate, or out of step with UK interview expectations, do not rely on it.
What the AI processes
To generate feedback, your answer text — and, for voice answers, a temporary audio recording used only to produce your editable transcript — is sent to our AI provider, currently OpenAI. Do not include patient-identifiable information, confidential employer material, or anything you would not want processed by an external AI service. See the Privacy notice for the safeguards that apply.
Related terms
Your use of AI feedback is also covered by the Terms of use, including the limitation of liability that applies to reliance on AI-generated output.
